オリーブ油はイタリア・スペインのイメージがあり、ギリシャ産のオリーブ油を試したことがなかったので〝美味しさ〟に驚きました。
イタリア・スペインなどのオリーブ油よりもクセや主張が少なく、風味のバランス良いので、和食や日本の調味料とも相性良く組み合わさり、日本人に合うオリーブ油だと思いました！

Soramitsu EX Olive Oil is made by physically squeezing olives at temperatures below 27℃, so it is essentially an agricultural product. The flavor varies depending on the region and place where the olives are grown.
