Soramite EX Oliva Organic

This is a luxurious organic extra virgin olive oil that is like fresh juice, cold-pressed from organically grown olives in the Messinia and Laconia prefectures in the southern Peloponnese Peninsula, Greece.

We look at the harvest conditions each year and carefully select the most delicious organic olive oil of the year. This is JAS certified organic olive oil.

Regular olive oil is a blend of olives from various regions, and many of them have a strong bitter or harsh taste, and organic olive oils in particular tend to have a weak flavor. Soramits Oliva Premier Organic is made by simply physically squeezing (cold pressing) organic olives from Messinia and Laconia, Greece, at temperatures below 27°C, so you can experience the deliciousness of the olives themselves, just like fresh juice. You can enjoy the flavor of the olives themselves by using it raw, not only in pasta and stir-fries, but also in salads, bread, cold tofu, sashimi, etc.

The acidity of olive oil varies from year to year, but is approximately 0.2% to 0.3%.
