We have created a delicious garlic oil using extra virgin olive oil from Laconia, Greece and Fukuchi White 6-clove variety from Towada, Aomori. This is a masterpiece made by slowly steeping large, snow-white, sweet garlic grown with special care in soil in EX olive oil that is like fresh juice at low temperature. This oil combines the flavors of olives and garlic, so you can use it as is on bread or as a finishing touch to your dishes without heating it. It has a lighter taste than the usual saltiness, but still has plenty of flavor.
[About Garlic] ・ Towada City, Aomori Prefecture, is the number one garlic producer in Japan and is famous for producing high-quality, delicious garlic. ・ Their cultivation method focuses on the "flavor" and "ingredients" of garlic, with unique soil preparation and fertilizer management (about five times a year) tailored to the growing conditions. ・ Garlic absorbs a large amount of nutrients from the soil, so if it is cultivated every year, the field will become barren. Therefore, after one cultivation, the field is left to rest for one year to redo the soil and prepare for the next year's cultivation.
